For those horse owners who just want glucosamine in their supplement, Flexamine provides 10g per average serving of pure glucosamine in a micronised wheatmeal base.

Flexamine contains 12.5g of a glucosamine compound per 3/4 scoop supplying 10g of actual glucosamine, the recommended amount for a 500kg horse. Glucosamine is a natural substance that is used by the body as a building block for strong healthy joint tissue, including cartilage. Note: other supplements that provide 10g of a glucosamine compound may provide less actual glucosamine.

1 level scoop of Flexamine weighs approximately 33g/1.1oz. Feed supplements should be fed according to bodyweight - height has been given only as a guide. Introduce gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable). Flexamine is safe to feed long term and results may take some weeks to become apparent. For best results in horses and ponies with reduced mobility and stiffness, feed Flexamine along with Feedmark Zerobute for its soothing properties.
